Ravean™ Return & Exchanges Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days from when your product arrived according to the tracking # we sent you. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused, free from dirt, dust or damage and in the same package and condition that you received it. If your return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund. Please include a note with your return stating the following:
- Your full name
- Contact information order number
- The reason for the return
- Please let us know what you would like in return i.e. exchange, store credit, or refund.

NOTE: Like Amazon, the customer is responsible for the two-way shipping for an exchange, return or refunded products. We will not refund your shipping costs for a return, exchange or refund.

- It was a gift and I/they don’t want it
- I changed my mind after opening it

The answer to the above questions is: no. We gotta draw the line somewhere, so please use your best judgment when reaching out about refunds. We understand that stuff happens, but we do stand by our products and our policies!
Ravean™ Limited Warranty Policy and Guidelines
When you purchase a Ravean product, the heating elements (C6 System) are warrantied by default for 90-days from date of purchase. Electrical plugs, Connectors, and any solder joints, as well as all materials and craftsmanship are covered by a 90-day warranty from date of purchase also. Batteries and Chargers have a 90-day warranty from date of purchase. Normal wear and tear, and or customer negligence is not covered under the Ravean warranty. All warranties are non-transferable and apply solely to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase must be provided if any warranty claim is to be honored. Shipping costs for all warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer. If/when the warranty claim is accepted by Ravean, we will refund your return shipping costs. Using other manufacturers’ accessories and controllers with your Ravean product may void the warranty. Once a warranty request has been received and approved, you have 7 business days to send in your products for evaluation.
90-Day Warranty on Rechargeable Batteries and Chargers
When you purchase a Ravean product within the United States, the Ravean rechargeable Lithium/NIMH battery packs and chargers are warranted from factory defect for 90 days from the initial purchase. Special care should be taken to prolong the life of your battery. It is important that you charge your battery regularly and that you maintain at least 25% of your battery power when not in use or left idle. Batteries must only be used with products with an amp rating less than the maximum capacity output rating for the battery. Ravean will repair or replace any battery or charger found under normal use to be defective during the warranty period. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse or improper care.Once a warranty request has been received and approved, you have 7 business days to send in your products for evaluation.
90-Day Warranty on Temp Controllers and Accessories
Ravean Temp Controllers and electrical components of Accessories are warranted from factory defect for 90-Days from the date of the initial purchase. Any alteration of the product voids the warranty.Once a warranty request has been received and approved, you have 7 business days to send in your products for evaluation.

Remember, returned items for warranty must be pre-paid and insured. COD will be refused and fees incurred by the customer. Return shipping labels are not provided. Ravean cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. Utah State law requires that products accepted for repair must be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.
