I’m happy with the service of Ravean. The jacket came quickly. It fits my wife perfectly. Unfortunately she hasn’t had the opportunity to use wear it yet. If it works like my jacket does, she will be very happy.

First the jacket fits perfectly- which we was wondering because she is tall and skinny and have long arms but it fits like it was made for it... also the heating power is great. Nothing else out there on this level... but me as a tech nerd like to see now finally more... the round connections are old school why we don't have usb- c yet ? When we can expect a new jacket style ? Keep in mind usb c with pd is able to deliver up to 100watts... and what also is a shame - you can only choose fedex as a shipped and this is that expensive over the see that i can buy a second jacked for that. Maybe you can start with fixing the shipping cost. This will be great and i promise than i will buy more of these jackets
It’s not real cold here in WI yet. I bought this coat because with the Pandemic I figure I will be doing most of my visits outdoors. I’m always cold so this should help. I wore it a couple times even when I didn’t need the extra warmth. I really didn’t need to turn it on. It seemed to heat up quickly. I bought a size small and it fits perfectly even with a sweater on. I’m 5’2” & 113#’s. I LOVE all of the pockets and I’m glad the fur detaches from the hood. Fur seemed really faky & itchy. The down in the jacket seems warm. The battery seems to work just as directed. The jacket is not quite as soft as my other down jackets. It’s a little stiff and noisy. But, I think it’s worth it and a great idea to keep me warm. I looked at other jackets and their reviews. I think this is the best jacket and value. I’ve shown it to a few people and have recommended it to them. I think lots of people will be buying a heated jacket so they can spend more time outdoors this winter.
I love these jackets. I have purchased three jackets so far along with the heated gloves. Each recipient has been overjoyed with the jackets and gloves. They have surpassed our expectations. We will definitely be buying more in the future.
