Men's Rugged Heated Jacket (No Battery)- Kickstarter

Just got my jacket test worked great can’t wait for fall camping!

This was on sale , so I bought a small and a medium knowing it was a No-Return item. They are both very warm even without the battery. The battery addition is great and lasts nearly 2 hrs on high. The small works for me fishing because I wanted it to fit tight. I will use the medium because it is the proper size for me for normal situations. Be sure to press the coat button a long press to start the warming. I thought the coat was defective at first, when the single short press ddi not work. But the long press is the right way since you don't want to accidentally turn it on or off accidentally. For me, it would have been perfect if it was lighter and less bulky, but it is not a fault of the jacket. The jacket is meant for extreme weather, and it does that very well.

Overall, I like the jacket. My first one was a small. It was just a little too tight at shoulders and chest. Now I got the medium and find it a little too loose. I prefer the look of well adjusted jacket. I wish there was a ways to adjust fitting, like a inner cord. Or better, if there were more size options. I took my measurements many times and had a hard time deciding between small and medium. I was just afraid it would be too tight like my first purchase. Now I find it too large. It’s wearable, but I don’t find it’s my best looking jacket because of the fit. For the jacket itself, I like the look, the material. Would’ve like more pockets with zip inside. It’s too easy to loose stuff from inner mesh pockets if you move a lot. I also prefer when the lights were not visible when the heating is on. I find weird to walk with lights on my jacket on the city streets. I haven’t have the time to wear it a lot as it got warmer in the last few weeks. So those are my first impressions.

Purchased a close out unit as my wife already had one, sized a little larger than expected but usable as a work jacket. HEAT is amazing, well built only problem is website says it is compatible with most power tool manufacturers battery’s but the owners manual does not give a clue on how to accomplish this, thus the one star reduction, other than that, don’t hesitate....
